Find Your Next Home
I go above and beyond to find my clients the homes of their dreams. You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home. I work very hard for my clients to see homes as soon as possible.   I set up an automatic search sending you homes daily or within 15 minutes where you can place a heart next to your favorites, light bulb next to your possibilities, and trash can next to those homes that don't work for you.  

I listen to your needs and wants. Every person is unique and everybody has a different style. My goal is to find you a wonderful home so when you are at home you feel comfortable, happy, and reenergized. We work with Integrity, Competency, Transparency to meet your needs and help you reach your real estate goals.

Here are some good things to know about buying a home: It takes about 30 days to close on a home.  You will need a prequalification letter plus earnest money of 1% of the offer price saved up. You will write a check for earnest money at the time you write an offer. Once your offer is accepted, I will deliver your earnest money to the broker who represents the seller. This is cashed, placed in an escrow account, and applied to your down payment. This is refundable if there are major safety and habitability issues found in the inspection. Indiana property taxes are paid in arrears (one year behind) so you will get a credit on the settlement statement at closing for the taxes the seller has not yet paid. Sell Your House
For sellers, every property I sell receives a professionally designed website just for that property as well as premier placement on Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com. We also provide mobile ads, professional photography, floor plans, 3D Matterport virtual tours, drone photography and more to make sure we sell your property for the highest price possible in the shortest amount of time possible.  When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. We can take care of everything you need, from start to close.

Provide Home Selling Tactics
You don't live in your home the same way you sell it and often times buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can advice and resources to make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
