Washington Township is one of the nine townships of Marion County, Indiana, located in the northern part of the county. The township is entirely within the city of Indianapolis. The population as of the 2010 census was 132,049. The first settlement at Washington Township was made in 1819.
A major addition to the North Central High School complex, was the completion of a new Natatorium to support successful varsity programs, students and a local swim club. The Natatorium was an addition to the existing high school campus and included a new athletic office suite and a wet classroom for various instructional purposes. Additional space was created to provide a new display for varsity sport trophies and awards as visitors enter through the main entrance.
Design 27 worked with MSD of Washington Township to extend the existing data, voice and video networks into the new space thereby providing cost benefit and seamless transition of services. Additionally, the audio/visual requirements included display signage and more to provide a first class experience for students and the community.
